Sandy Thomas, Account Executive

After college, (Hofstra University),  I pursued a career in Advertising Traffic and Production, initially working for ABC Television Network, New York, NY and then several large ad agencies in NYC and Long Island.  After moving to Florida, I migrated into sales.  Sales was not what I had planned but the salary differences between New York and Tampa Bay was quite drastic- lol.

I love sales and the previous experience of advertising contributed to my success.  I knew what it was like to be a print buyer.  I had sat in that chair and know how a buyer thinks and all the challenges that go along with it. New York also taught me a great work ethic.

I have been with C&D for two tenures; eight years for the first and twelve years and counting for the second,. Throughout those 20 years, I have worked with major corporations, the technology sector, advertising agencies, medical institutions, financial institutions, publishers, national furniture chains, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical companies, etc. producing everything from business cards to 840 page catalogs to packaging and just about every type of project you could imagine.

“A lot of people don’t enjoy their job; they may even hate it, but I am fortunate enough to be able to make a living through my passion.”
